If there are questions or problems with WellData during use, click Help and choose the option that is most suitable. Options displayed on this menu depend on the user account.
Contact NOV M/D Totco by clicking Contact Us on the Login screen or in the Help menu. Fill out the form describing the question as clearly as possible and an NOV representative will contact you as quickly as possible.
The software required to support WellData can be downloaded in the Help > Utilities menu.
Adobe Acrobat Reader: Enables users to read reports generated as .pdf files (download available for free at www.adobe.com).
Java: Sun JVM (Java Virtual Machine) allows users to implement the real-time capabilities of WellData (download available for free at www.java.com).
