The WellData application, stores and displays designated RigSense® data and reports for the wells and rigs pertaining to operations. The data and reports are easily accessible through our secure Web site via any Internet connection using standard web browsers. The application also allows data sharing in a concise and organized manner with other users.
For security reasons, there is a 2 hour time-out limit within WellData. If there is no activity for 2 hours in the Web browser, the WellData user is automatically logged out.
A date may be entered using any format, but it is always displayed as DD-MM-YY. Legal dates range from 100 years before the current date through 100 years after the current date. Dates outside this range are considered invalid. For example, if today’s date were February 28, 2005, then valid dates would range from March 1, 1905 through February 27, 2105. All dates provided in a drop-down list default to the most recent date in the list.
The language used for the WellData login screen is determined by the language option set in the user’s browser. After logging in, the language displayed in WellData is determined by the language option set within the application. English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese and Russian are the languages within WellData. While the user interface is translated, the data provided by the database is not. All numeric values must be entered using English units.
Navigation of the site is achieved primarily through accessing the drop-down menus at the top of the window. Sub-menu links are also provided on subsequent menu pages. Some menu items are links to reports as .pdf files. These reports are displayed in a new window using the configuration set up on the User Settings screen (see See User Settings for details).
